Basic Social Media Package: $125The basic social media package includes a profile picture, cover photo, and the creation of any three messages and/or graphics (announcements, holidays, employment opportunities, notifications, etc.), all customized to your preferred social media network.

Deluxe Social Media Package: $250The deluxe social media package includes any combination of eight messages and/or graphics, as well as a stock image library of 25 high-resolution, custom, and copyright-compliant photos, icons, and clipart.

Basic Brand Refresh Package: $200The basic brand refresh package includes a remastering of a current logo file to produce high-resolution duplicates for use in creating digital, print, and physical items. In addition, a full color palette (HEX, CMYK, RGB, and Pantone) and typography suite for the current logo are identified to create a complete brand booklet.

Deluxe Brand Refresh Package: $1,750The deluxe brand refresh package includes the redesign of a current logo by our premiere graphic designer to create a one-of-a-kind visual brand. The package includes a full-color image logo with text and an alternative logo, with additional package add-ons available for complex needs. Additionally, a project planning meeting, project update meeting, project review meeting, and the facilitation of communication between the client and designer are included in the cost. The final files include a full color palette (HEX, CMYK, RGB, and Pantone) and typeface selections, and are delivered in high resolution quality as .ai, .png, and .jpeg files.

Trademark & Registration (Application): $120Serving as an approved agent of the client, Hansen Public Relations completes and submits the necessary paperwork, per one classification, for their logo to be registered with the client’s Secretary of State. Once approved, the trademark symbol is added to the applicable image and the client's master files are updated accordingly. The application fee to the Secretary of State is included in total cost.

Trademark & Registration (Renewal): $100Serving as an approved agent of the client, Hansen Public Relations completes and submits the necessary paperwork, per one classification, for their trademark to be renewed with the client’s Secretary of State. The renewal fee to the Secretary of State is included in total cost.

Trademark & Registration (Licensing Development): $1,500When developing a licensing program for a trademark brand, Hansen Public Relations is responsible for the drafting of all necessary paperwork, communication, and vendor solicitation. Vendors wishing to utilize the client's brand for the production and sale of products and/or services, must complete the registration process to become an authorized vendor. Registration includes agreeing to the district brand standards, the district's licensing policy, fee structure, payment schedule, and all terms of use. The district retains 100% of the two-year registration fees paid by authorized vendors, plus a portion of all quarterly royalties (as agreed upon with HPR). A list of initial authorized vendors is provided to the district for reference when making district purchases and confirming the status of a vendor. This is a one-time cost associated with the implementation of a new licensing program.

Trademark & Registration (Licensing Management): $500As the client’s approved licensing agent, Hansen Public Relations administers the licensing program using the district’s established policy and brand standards, manages the program’s authorized vendors, facilitates the collection of registration fees and royalties, distributes logo files, reviews vendor artwork, and, when necessary, serves as an arbitrator when questions, concerns, or violations of the brand guidelines occur. This is an annual cost associated with the management of a licensing program and is in addition to the agreed upon royalty structure.

Digital Newsletter Design Package: $575Using the client's Smore account, Hansen Public Relations serves as project manager for the creation of a digital newsletter including: establish a system for planning, scheduling, and sharing articles, ideas, and finalized content; enforce the agreed-upon publication schedule, inclusive of reminders and deadlines for contributing authors; collaborate with student groups and/or staff for photos and graphics; receive, proofread, and edit articles for authors' final review; compile all articles, as well as standard inclusions (calendar of events, policy highlight, menu, reminders, Board updates, etc.) to design and create the newsletter; abide by district brand standards; abide by industry best practices and regulations for ADA compliancy and positive user experience; follow Associated Press writing style and grammar; collaborate with client's Technology Department for preferred method of newsletter dissemination; directly post the publication to client social media accounts (pending access to accounts); and evaluate newsletter analytics and provide summary on reach, engagement, and click-rates to administration.
If preferred by the client, alternatives to Smore (FinalSite, Peachjar, etc.) can be discussed and considered for use. Additionally, Hansen Public Relations offers assistance purchasing, establishing, branding, and launching a digital newsletter account at our hourly rate. |
